Delivery

How equipment bought from InfraSol Energy Intelligence reaches you, and what it costs.

How much does delivery cost in Lagos?

Delivery within Lagos is free on panel orders. Deliveries elsewhere in Nigeria are quoted on request: solar modules are large, heavy and fragile, so carriage depends on the destination and the quantity rather than following a flat rate.

    How long does delivery take?

Typically within 2 working days of an order being confirmed for stock held in Lagos: up to 1 working day to prepare the order and up to 1 working day in transit. We confirm a delivery window when you order, and tell you directly if anything changes.

    What happens on the day?

    • Someone needs to be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
    • Check the pallet and modules before signing. Glass damage in transit is rare but it is far easier to resolve if it is noted on delivery.
    • Modules are delivered to a ground-floor accessible point. Lifting to roof level is part of an installation, not a delivery.
    • Keep the packaging until you are satisfied with the goods, because returns need it.

    Can I collect instead?

Yes, by arrangement. Call +234 909 999 5507 or use the contact page to agree a time. Bring a vehicle that can carry a 2382 × 1134 mm module weighing 32.4 kg without flexing it. Modules travel flat or on edge in a frame, never loose across a back seat.

    Damaged or missing items

Tell us as soon as you notice. Where goods arrive damaged or incomplete we replace them and cover the carriage. See our returns policy for how that works.
