Privacy Notice

    Last updated 25 September 2026

This notice explains what InfraSol Energy Intelligence does with personal data collected through this website. It is written to be read rather than to be impenetrable. If anything here is unclear, ask us.

    What we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect the details you type into it:

    • Your name
    • Your phone number
    • Your email address
    • Your approximate monthly spend on diesel or electricity
    • Anything you write in the message field

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, bank details, card numbers or identity documents through this website.

    Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, size a system, prepare a quotation and follow up about it. Your monthly energy spend is the single most useful input to a realistic payback estimate, which is why the form asks for it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

    Who else processes it

    • Zapier: form submissions are routed to our sales team through Zapier’s automation service, so your submission passes through their systems.
    • Google Analytics: where enabled, this records anonymous usage such as which pages are viewed. It uses cookies and does not receive the contents of the form.
    • WhatsApp (Meta): if you continue the conversation on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled under Meta’s own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
    • Vercel: hosts this website and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses.

    How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as we are dealing with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick up a conversation you return to and honour obligations on systems we have supplied. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a completed sale.

    Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Contact us on +234 909 999 5507 or through the contact page and we will deal with it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
